y Mission
I believe in building a world where healing and liberation is a human right, not a privilege. I create spaces where individuals, groups and organizations can learn, re-claim, experience and put in action tools that support healing, mindfulness, collectivism, compassion and liberation.
Through my journey, I continue to honor my roots, weaving together justice, healing, and mindfulness to create impactful and transformative spaces for growth and connection.
Together we can dismantle systems of oppression at the individual, collective and institutional levels.

arolina's Story
Latinx Immigrant, Mindfulness Teacher, Speaker & Consultant
I was born in Cali, Colombia, and migrated to the United States at the age of 22. As a Latinx immigrant and social changer, I’ve dedicated my life to integrating social justice ideals with healing practices. In my native country, I was a student activist, combining my passion for social change with my academic background in psychology.
For over 20 years in the United States, I’ve worked across diverse fields, including domestic and sexual violence, human trafficking, refugee resettlement, community organizing, coalition building, language justice, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), trauma-informed care, healing justice, mental health, and mindfulness.
I am a mindfulness teacher, speaker, consultant, and mentor. My work focuses on the intersections of healing practices and justice. I collaborate with individuals, groups, and organizations to create spaces for deep conversations, transformative learning, and hands-on practices that inspire meaningful change.

Decolonize Healing for
Collective Unity
It is time to decolonize the ways we have been taught how to heal, and go back to the root of what our ancestors used to practice; joy, healing and collectivism.
I practice and teach mindfulness because I believe it's a tool that offers us the space to do the hard individual and collective work that will take us towards liberation. I am here to support teachers grow so that they may serve communities from more enlightened perspectiv
