Organizations & Groups

Our organizations, groups, and movements are only as resilient as the relationships holding them together.

Carolina's programs support organizations and community groups to move away from survival mode, conflict and a sense of urgency towards sustainable environments where nurturing, wellbeing, mutual aid, and active compassion are practiced. She uses grounded practices to ease the collective weight teams carry, deepen collaboration, and cultivate inclusive spaces. To meet the needs of each group or organization, Carolina tailors her approach—whether designing workshops, immersive retreats, strategic design meetings, or facilitating restorative listening circles.

how She Works

Grounded in her  academic knowledge and her  own lived journey within movement spaces, Carolina bridges science and social justice frameworks  with collective wisdom by weaving together:

  • Restorative Justice Practices: Cultivating relational accountability, repairing community harm, and honoring the interconnectedness of the group.

  • Somatic & Embodied Practices: Listening to the nervous system to release accumulated weight, settle the body, and ground collective presence.

  • Mindfulness & Neuroscience: Sharing clear, science-backed tools to foster focus, emotional clarity, and steady minds under pressure.

  • Social Psychology: Understanding group dynamics to intentionally shift away from transactional habits and build deeply collaborative networks.

  • Popular Education: Designing democratic learning spaces that honor and elevate the lived wisdom of every person in the room.

“Carolina is an exceptional mindfulness teacher whose expertise and genuine passion for her work shine through in every session. She is a joy to partner with, bringing warmth, kindness, and authenticity to her teaching. Her ability to create a welcoming and supportive environment makes her a standout in the field. I would strongly recommend Carolina as a teacher to anyone seeking a transformative mindfulness experience.”
